The CAAS Corporate Entrance is located near check-in counter Row 1, next to SIA Ticketing and First Class Reception, on Level 2, Departure Hall North (near Car Park 2B) of Terminal 2.
From the Corporate Entrance, please take lift Nos. 11 and 12 to 4th storey.

Location Information
Our Licensing Office is located at the Basement of Changi Airport Terminal 2. If you are travelling by:
Bus
We are located at the opposite end of Cold Storage supermarket. From the SIA Flight Operations Control Centre, walk along the airline offices, until you reach the end of the passage. Turn right, walk straight and you will see our Licensing Office on the right.
MRT
When you come up from the escalator, turn right and walk straight until you reach the end of the passage. Turn left, walk towards the direction of the Airport Pass Office. You will see our office before the Airport Pass Office.
Car
You are advised to park your car at Terminal 2 Car Park 2B (near Burger King). Take Lifts no.15 and 16 from Arrival/ Departure Hall to Basement. Turn left and walk all the way until you see our Licensing Office on the right.
If you are coming from CAAS Reception at Level 4, you can take the lift down to Departure Hall Level 2. Take Lifts 15 or 16 (near Burger King) down to Basement. You can refer to the maps below for directions.
