Air Operator Certificate (AOC)
Any organisation whose principal place of business is in Singapore and which intends to operate aircraft for the purpose of public transport shall hold an Air Operator Certificate (AOC).
All AOCs are issued for a specified term. To continue operating, an AOC holder must apply for, and be issued with, a new AOC prior to the expiry of the existing AOC.

Air Operator Certificate Application Fee
An AOC application fee of $150,000 (which is non-refundable) is payable upon submission of the application.
