IDERA and CDCL


Introduction

IDERA is filed by the aircraft operator/owner to transfer the right to de-register the aircraft to an authorized party. The authorized party may file a CDCL to transfer the right if aircraft de-registration to a certified designee.

How to apply for IDERA and CDCL?
IDERA and CDCL in the format of CAAS forms AW135 and AW136 only are acceptable to CAAS.
