In recognition of CAAS’ outstanding fund-raising efforts to support the less fortunate, CAAS was conferred the Silver Award 2009 at the Singapore Children’s Society Awards Dinner held at the Pan Pacific Hotel on 25 Nov 09. The total amount raised for FY 08/09 was $16,289.40. At the Singapore Children’s Society, help is given to protect and nurture children and youth of all races and religions, especially those who are abused, neglected, and/ or come from dysfunctional families. This award is testament to the strong emphasis that CAAS places on corporate social responsibility.
