Reception Counter

To reach our offices, please sign in at our reception counter* located at Changi Airport Terminal 2, 4th storey.

Our reception counter is manned at the following times:

• Monday to Thursday : 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. ; 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
• Friday : 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. ; 2.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.

*Please take lift Nos. 11 and 12, located in the CAAS Corporate Entrance at 2nd storey, Departure Hall North (near Car Park 2B), Terminal 2 (near Check-in Counter Row 1, next to SIA Ticketing and First Class Reception) to get to our Reception Counter.
