This 3-week modular programme is designed to impart knowledge on how airport operations is of paramount importance in
facilitating the passenger service chain experience. It also covers the fundamentals of airport operations, air
traffic control, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Airport Emergency Services (AES).
ACE is beneficial to airline crew and operational personnel from airlines and
airport-related organisations looking to enhance their understanding on how various interfaces work within the
complex aviation landscape. Participants are encouraged to attend the full programme to gain an appreciation of the
aviation ecosystem and its various components.
ACE is now delivered as an online course for Airport Operations (module 1) and
Safety Management (module 2), and as a blended learning for Airport Emergency (module 3). The hands-on components of
module 3 will be conducted after circuit breaker measures are lifted. Modules 1, 2 and 3 can also be taken in any
sequence, or as a stand-alone course.

FUNDING
ACE programme is supported by funding schemes from SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and NTUC, which will minimise
the course fees and provide absentee payroll funding to companies. Fund funding support is applicable to
