Establishment of Temporary Restricted Area for The Conduct of Aerial Activities
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) will establish a temporary Restricted Area under the Air Navigation Order, to ensure the safety of aircraft flying at low levels in the Jubilee Weekend aerial displays and in the National Day Parade 2015 (NDP 2015) aerial displays. The temporary Restricted Area will be in effect on the stated dates and timings shown below, which include those for rehearsals and previews. In the event of poor weather conditions on any of the planned dates, the temporary Restricted Area will also be in effect on the respective reserve dates and timings.

The temporary Restricted Area is as shown in Annex A, encompassing the Padang and surrounding areas, from ground level to 4,000 feet above mean sea level.
During the stated dates and timings, the unauthorised conduct of aerial activities (such as flying of unmanned aircraft, kite-flying and hoisting of captive balloons) within and into the temporary Restricted Area is not allowed. Such unauthorised aerial activity within the vicinity of aircraft flying at low levels in the aerial displays may interfere with their operations, posing a danger to the aircraft as well as people and property on the ground.
The unauthorised conduct of aerial activities within and into the temporary Restricted Area is an offence under the Air Navigation Order. If convicted, a person in the first instance can be fined up to S$20,000 and in subsequent instances up to S$40,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 15 months.
