Effective 18 June 2020, 2359 hours, Singapore has moved into Phase Two of safe re-opening.

Under Phase Two of safe re-opening in Singapore, outdoor recreational unmanned aircraft (UA) flying is allowed. However, UA users must adhere to safe distancing measures. Please also note that existing UA regulations continue to apply.

For UA operations conducted for business purposes, CAAS will only issue a permit if the applicant is operating unmanned aircraft for services that are permitted during Phase Two. UA operators must adhere to safe management and sector-specific requirements in addition to the general safe distancing measures. For more details, please refer to https://covid.gobusiness.gov.sg/permittedlist.
