From 23 December 2020, 2359hs (Singapore time), short-term visitors holding an Air Travel Pass (ATP) with 14-day travel history to New South Wales (NSW), Australia prior to their departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore. 

All other short-term visitors departing Australia (excluding NSW) can apply for an ATP to enter Singapore subject to the prevailing conditions.
