With effect from 29 May 2021, 2359 hours (Singapore time), short-term visitors holding an Air Travel Pass (ATP) with 21-day travel history to Victoria State, Australia, prior to their departure for Singapore, will not be allowed to enter Singapore. 

All other ATP travellers departing from Australia who have been in Australia (excluding Victoria State) in the last 21 days prior to travel will continue to be subject to a COVID-19 test upon arrival at the airport, in lieu of their Stay-Home Notice (SHN).
