From 1 October 2020, 1200 hours (Singapore time), visitors from Australia (excluding Victoria State) and Vietnam can apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore on 8 October 2020. 

Visitors can apply for the single-entry ATP between seven and thirty calendar days prior to their intended date of entry into Singapore.
