From 30 October 2020, 12 hours (Singapore time), visitors from Mainland China and Victoria State (Australia) can apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore on 6 November 2020.

Visitors can apply for the single-entry ATP between seven and thirty calendar days prior to their intended date of entry into Singapore.
