Air Navigation Act 1966
An Act to provide for the control and regulation of aviation so as to maintain, enhance and promote safety and security in civil aviation, and to provide for the implementation of Singapore’s obligations under the Chicago Convention and any other international convention, agreement, or understanding relating to safety of civil aviation to which the Government is a party.
Carriage by Air Act 1988
An Act to give effect to the provisions of the Warsaw Convention concerning international carriage by air and the Convention as amended by the Hague Protocol and the Montreal Protocol No. 4 and for purposes connected therewith.
Carriage by Air (Montreal Convention, 1999) Act 2007
An Act to give effect to the provisions of the Montreal Convention, 1999 concerning international carriage by air and for purposes connected therewith.
Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009
An Act to provide for the transfer of the airport undertaking of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore to a successor company, to provide for the reconstitution of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, to provide for the regulation of the operation of airports and for the imposition of economic controls at airports.

An Act to give effect to the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, signed at Tokyo on 14 September 1963, and the Protocol to Amend the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, signed at Montreal on 4 April 2014, and for purposes connected with the Convention or Protocol.
