Singapore Aviation Accident/ Incident Reporting System
SAIRS is the mandatory reporting system for Singapore Aviation Safety Instrument (ASI) holders to report aircraft-related occurrences as required under Singapore regulations.
Singapore Aviation Accident/ Incident Reporting System (SAIRS) enables CAAS to collect and analyse safety data to monitor trends and identify risks. This enables CAAS to develop mitigation plans to prevent future occurrences.
Mandatory reporting requirement
Under Singapore’s regulations, responsible persons must submit mandatory reports on SAIRS about certain aircraft-related occurrences, such as:
aircraft accidents
serious incidents
reportable safety matters

If you are a Singapore AOC holder and are informed of an aircraft occurrence, you must immediately notify the CAAS Flight Standards Duty Officer at +65 9660 4698.
