Who are we looking for
We are looking for driven, curious individuals who are passionate about public service and ready to make a difference in Singapore's aviation sector. This programme is open to Singapore Citizens who are fresh graduates and professionals with less than two years of work experience.

How to apply
Applications open from August to October each year. Submit your application through Careers@Gov during the application window. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by email.
Successful candidates will join CAAS on a contract basis and may be offered a permanent role if found suitable.
