Education and youth outreach initiatives
Learn about CAAS' education and outreach programmes designed to inspire youth about aviation careers and build industry awareness from an early age.
Get ready for take-off with Terminal 5
When completed in the mid-2030s, Terminal 5 will be larger than all four existing terminals combined.
This means more jobs and new opportunities across the entire aviation ecosystem, and CAAS is committed to expanding the pipeline of passionate, skilled aviation talent.
Aviation Learning Journey – a behind-the-scenes experience
The Aviation Learning Journey (ALJ) is one of CAAS’ flagship outreach programmes designed to introduce youth to the exciting world of aviation and its opportunities. The ALJ is recommended for youth between 11-18 years of age.
Through a half-day experiential workshop, participants will be introduced to the history of Singapore's aviation industry, along with interesting developments and insights over the years. They will also hear firsthand from industry professionals on why they love being part of this sector.
Participants will also have the opportunity to experience immersive activities, such as flight simulators and virtual reality (VR) activities, enriching their learning experience.
