Applying for an Air Traffic Control Training Organisation Approval

You would require an Air Traffic Control Training Organisation (ATCTO) approval, if your organisation intends to provide training for leading to the issuance of an Air Traffic Control Licence.

To obtain this approval, you must fulfil the requirements as specified in:

Air Navigation Order, paragraph 62(A); and
Manual of Standards - Air Traffic Control Training Organisation
