The evolving COVID-19 situation has brought on many operational challenges. For Tyler, he had to adapt to changes quickly.  

Working in a high-risk environment with dynamic timelines can be tough. Many are experiencing pandemic fatigue. However,  seeing how his work helps keep aviation frontliners safe, reunite families and enable the delivery of essential goods for Singaporeans fuels his motivation and makes the sacrifices worthwhile.
