Junior Airport Fire Officers
You will gain the competencies to manage incidents related to dangerous goods and hazardous material safely. This programme is developed in accordance with ICAO and IATA’s regulations for Dangerous Goods, (e.g. IATA’s Dangerous Goods Regulations manual).
There are 4 modules in this programme:

Aircraft Hazards, Foaming Agents and Radio Telephony
Operations and Techniques
Fire-fighting Techniques and Tactics

At the end of the programme, you will be able to:
- Strengthen application of the different techniques and tactics in Aircraft Rescue and Fire-fighting (ARFF)
- Conduct rescue operations adeptly and confidently
- Manage Dangerous Goods and hazmat materials incidents effectively
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of ARFF subjects
