Positive Safety Culture
This course provides you with the knowledge and skills to foster and cultivate a positive safety culture within the aviation organisations. This course is jointly organised with the International Federation of Air Line Pilots' Associations (IFALPA).
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Build and foster trust among employees, senior management, and safety leaders
- Enhance communication by fostering open discussions about safety concerns, leading to improved teamwork and collaboration
- Promote safe behaviours by reinforcing a safety conscious mindset in the organisation

Who Should Attend
- Personnel from the aviation organisations including Pilot members of an IFALPA Member Association (MA) intending to foster a positive safety culture within their organisations.
- Representatives from the aviation organisations participating in their operator’s Safety Action Group (SAG) or safety committee.
- Other SAG participants such as: Safety Managers, and Regulatory personnel involved in the oversight of safety management on behalf of Civil Aviation Authorities (CAAs).
